All of our rugs are Handmade to Order with a minimum 4 week wait time from date of order before the rug will ship.

All of our rugs ship folded in cardboard boxes and the creases come out in a few hours. Roughly, the rugs weigh .45 lbs. per square foot.

Customers must contact us (The GoodTimber) within 6 days of receipt of goods by the customer and goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original, individual packaging, and in saleable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be reimbursed.
