Most items are shipped via Common Carrier to your driveway, shipping does not include carrying items into your house, setting up items or disposing of old furniture.

Some of the smaller items are able to ship via Fed Ex Ground. Please allow 10-12 weeks for your furniture to be shipped.

Please inspect your shipment immediately! It is the customer’s responsibility to check all items UPON RECEIPT for obvious or concealed damage. The GoodTimber freight department will assist you in filing freight claims with the freight company. Please note on the Bill of Ladings any damages before the shipper leaves your business or residence. Please retain a copy of the Bill of Lading for your records and to help with the claims process.

Shipping to the lower 48 states only. If you require shipping elsewhere, you will need to contact us for shipping quotes. Any damage created in transit must be reported immediately to the carrier by the customer as the product is being signed for at delivery.
